I don't know if there is an experiment to slow energy down, in terms of speed and frequency, but it would be a great one to do! (just to see what happens!)

Actually Michael, I meant to look at energy itself slowed down, with diminished frequency. What happens to energy in this state? Does it become matter?

only difference is in vibrational motioning,matter and energy are identical,it is
much like soul and spirit,they are basically the same,the thing is one vibrates

Well Dave,I do not believe much I read on the internet
and as you state,I disagree,with you old chap!If you look very very deeply at these "apparent" differences you will see beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are indeed "one of the same" energy is matter in free flow,matter is energy caught in an EDDY.

This is only true if you proclaim “energy” as the fundamental substance of the universe. To me, substance means “matter”, “energy” means motion of matter.

I view mass as spherical quanta, whose radius of this sphere IS acceleration.
I view light as
1)spherical quanta, whose radius of this sphere IS velocity.
2)electrodynamic waves, two planes of opposite behavior velocity.
I view energy as E equal deltaM times C squared over 2, the integral of momentum.
I view time in its geometric role of cosmic expansion, multidimensional.
We all view things differently.
My views are based in the mathematics of expansion and it is only one view.
The many views here are testimonial to the quest.
