I would only add to your comment with "before the Big Bang" event.

Is there anything called a perfect void? I doubt.

Hey Nobody, define nothing or a void for us.
You are the expert!

Thanks,

How does random linear motion quantize itself...?

What is "RANDOM LINEAR MOTION"? If it's random then it is not linear. Linear motion is uniform motion and will produce Relative Mass. Random motion is what you get when you have EM radiation interference from many different directions.

More like ashtray, but at least there is no mention of CIA ninja operatives.

Would a forward and backward linear velocity account for random linear motion, maybe?

Random infers no specific direction of motion but if you make you time increment short enough, all motion will be uniform for that increment. Forward and backward infers oscilllation and thus uniform motion. You need to ask yourself what are our limits for measuring motion. If we are ever able to make that time increment of measure small enough, maybe we can find that missing mass of the universe and call it space matter rather than zero point energy.
