    Motion of electron and EM force

    It is common knowledge that motion of electron in one direction is electric current, and that when ever there is such motion, we get what is known as ES field at perpendicular and an EM field arround the conducting wire. Point is; what is the form of this field, wave or particle? Where was it before it made its appearence and how does it prpogates? Don't tell me that it is particle called graviton or that radio waves(EM waves) are photons in motion(radiation). There is no heating. I mean ideal superconducting condition (zero resistance).

    As you know, electromagnetic field is created due to the motion of the charged bodies(electrons in this case). When the conductor is neutral, i.e., when there is no current flowing in the material, the electrons are in random motion. The EM fields created by them will also be oriented randomly canceling each other. Thus, as far as your question is concerned, EM fields come into existence together with electric current. In other words, the concept of EM fields does not convey any meaning without some sort of electric current.

    About the nature of the EM fields, it is the interaction that decides whether it is a wave or a particle. In other words, EM fields behave in both the ways.
