Isn't it strange that the measurement of the speed of light is fixed through out the universe. Its as though everything in our universe is wired together at a constant speed like quantum steps in an x,y,z looped time-line of which every location in space is time orientated.

I believe that a Plank unit of energy is made of smaller units of crossed chain wave particles that can travel only in a plus or minus x,y,z directions at various speeds. Change the Planck volume of space and propagation ( x,y,z segment to segment propagation) is altered causing light to travel faster or slower than a constant speed. Propagation is a rarefaction or compaction of the medium (Planck volume) and therefore a Planck volume is not constant and neither is light speed. The speed of sound is the average speed of its molecules and when sound travels from one medium to another it changes speed (faster in light molecules such as hydrogen and slower in heavier molecules such as uranium hexifloride gas). I see light as propagating like sound does but with a very much lighter medium (photons).

I see C^2 as energy and mass as the number of basic energy packets. How else could you explain E = mc^2? A pound or a gram just means they have a proportional amount of Planck energy. If light is an average of speeds of basic particles that make up a Plank volume of space and crossed chains of the looped time-line form a crossed chain wave particle (crossed chains forming a net) and rows of the net = number of steps/chain and the speed of a chain is s = 1/p, p = steps and number of rows, then the total number of energy steps in a ccwp is s^2 = 1/p^2 where P^2 is the energy in a crossed chain wave particle. p^2 = 1/s^2. Now, P^2(s^2) = 1 ------ makes sense if a step in energy is a step in time and distance -- all the same thing!

If c = 1/p and we know that c = 186,000 mi/sec and the measurements of energy, speed and distance are linked by factors in the equation then E = mc^2 in which p is constant for this particular speed of light the formula works.
