Greetings,

This seems to be a topic for quantum physics. Although, I've not found one who can explain bio electromagnetic energy or its existence in concise terms. Cyril Smith has very long versions of his theory on the subject, but I will be providing a lecture that will touch on this subject and I need scientific evidence before I can do so.
Can anyone provide scientific proof or solid scientific theory for bio-electromagnetic energy? If not, can you point me to a source for an answer?

I'm afraid I can't, since I've never heard the term before. A little googling seems to imply that this is a topic more related to Biology, so I'm moving this thread there.

Wouldn't all life form have electro/magnetic energy?
People, plants, animals, isn't that the force that keeps our bodies together. Without it, our particles would go all over the universe.

The heart is officially/scientifically recognised as 'electromagnetic' in its operation. DNA is electronic in its operation and the central nervous system and brain are also electronic.

Recently these results of Electronic structure of DNA were puplished:

The current research is moving from a bio-chemical understanding to a bio-electromagnetic understanding. Electromagneticism is still poorly understood by the average scientist though.

your answer is simple and direct. It is also correct.
Although, I meant more in relation to responding to human touch - what happens? This is relating to the studies being conducted around the world to gain a better scientific understanding of such theories as acupuncture meridians or pathways and energy loci which affect the health and functioning of the body. There seems to be plenty to google, but no concise explanation.

The claims of placing a right palm (primarily positive pole) and Left palm (primarily negative pole) to the body and produce bioelectromagnetic energy responses locally that penetrates the tissues to bone core and also produces responses to associated energy pathways through the body and other energy loci, which respond to the same resonating frequency associated which is suppose to induce coherence bioelectromagatically which should produce homeostasis biochemically - because, as you said, it is all energy.

Does this make better sense to my question - of scientific proof that this is happening and how?

The human body definitely gives off heat, smells and sounds - but what is this "aura"? Well, in the Land of New Age, every living creature (carrot, human or mosquito) supposedly has an aura that reflects the supernatural "energy field" that, we are told, permeates all life. After all, don't depictions of Jesus Christ and various saints show a spiritual "halo" surrounding the head?

I think Kirlian photography actually took pictures of these auras.

I know when I walk around in the winter I get a static electric shock when I touch something metal.

Hi Pat,

I'm familiar with the existence of some of the New Age theories of energy transference, auras and even channeling, but I didn't mention auras or other New Age speculation of energy. Usually termed as some sort of spiritual energy.

I'm asking about science, biophysics, quantum physics, etc. Although, I understand that in each field of study people still specialize and can be totally unfamiliar with studies and discoveries within their own field.
Speaking medically, most dentists know what a cavity is, but don't know what a cavitation is or that the term even exist. It is a term that is only taught to licensed Dentists who study a field called biological dentistry. The term cavitation was coined in the 1930s by dentists involved in medical research and discovered cavities of infection that can develop in the jaw bone under a tooth, which can have devastating effects on a person's health, but with no local symptoms. Many books have been published by Dentists on the subject and there are thousands who have been trained to recognize and treat a cavitation properly, but still it is not taught in standardized dentistry schools.
How many quantum algebra scientists are in the world? Not that many in comparison to other related fields and they understand calculations that confound most in other mathematical sciences.

I'm just looking for someone who has understanding of the narrow field of what I'm asking about.

My physic professor made a comment that explains Kirlian photography perfectly: “Strap 15,000 volts AC to your ass and of course you will glow in the dark”. Kirlian photography is nothing more than the electrical discharge between the air and the object connected to the power supply.
