    Why the long bill, erinqinmos?

I thought you were most suited to the 'Mouseketeer' avatar.

    Rather cavalier, in my opinion.

You are always welcome, in whatever guise you choose. The reason for a change is the question that comes to mind....

    Re: Your Shopping Priority

You do not seem a villain, Eriqinmos, merely given to playing the Devil's Advocate.

Familiar am I with that role, as it takes one to know one, lol...

Interesting that the word cavalier can mean courtly and gallant, or conversely, offhand, curt, and supercilious.

    Re: Your Shopping Priority

my diet of no soy wheat-gluten, dairy...has been terminated...cuzz, I developed freakin' insomnia, so I felt bad from that, but not from the diet itself...i'm can def' still avoid soy for the most part, cuzz, i was doing that in the first place, and it's not particularly healthy for anyone w/o fermentation

insomnia cause=lack of food...ya, like 3 days in a row...a couple days, I just totally zoned the heck out until morning.....i have to get some tests done, to really see.. that's exactly what happened the first time I abandoned my restricted diet thing.. I mainly do it, b/c i experience some allergy relief...i'm not intolerant to any of those things though..

oh ya, the seagulls mymymymymy those were the villains!!

Processed and refined corn products are considered to be one of the negatives in our many food-like commodities, most of which I would hesitate to call food.

Even in it's vegetable form, (with the exception of those baby cobs) corn, even after cooking, is not highly digestible by our species, as is evident in the elimination process.

Because it is relatively inexpensive, corn products are ubiquitous, and are found in many soups, sauces, and frozen products. One needs to do the research so that you will recognize the dozen or more names that corn products are marketed by, when reading ingredients listings.

Good luck with your diet, and you may find a considerable benefit if you are able to eliminate corn from your diet, for the greater part anyway.

    Nice Pictures!
    Who's the dude?

The Great Lakes...I was thinking seagulls around here come from the St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario, plus this area is a big area for agriculture....lots of corn. I like corn and I think it likes me. I especially like corn tortillas with fresh salsa.

My great grandfather (Italian) was a bootlegger. Even got jailed for it. Lots of Italians here, too. Not sure if he made it, doubtful. I do know they made beer and my grandmother, as a child, used to sneak into it. She loves beer and wine and good Italian food.
