Is there such a thing? Some believe in previous incarnations. Some believe we are all one. Might there be such a thing as simultaneous incarnations as a collective meaning to the term "we"?

Simultaneity of incarnation implies splitting of the singular soul into various identical parts at the same time but at different places. A plot of these parts on the spacetime coordinate system is a surface parallels to the space axes at a constant time tick mark.
Giving a physical analogy, simultaneous incarnation is analogous to a thermonuclear fission reaction or commonly known as radioactivity whether natural or artificial. In contrast, the parts of the singular soul can be merged back into one soul by the process of thermonuclear fusion.

Time independence: [∂E(g)]²=[∂F(a)×∂r(a)]·[∂F(b)×∂r(b)] and Mass independence: ¶a(t)·¶r(t)=c²
What do you think of "we" as a series of simultaneous incarnations? Especially, instead of previous incarnations. Or am I in the self-evident department?
Michelle
we are each a part of this universal radioactive decay of a fission cycle of life between fission to fusion to fission to fusion...some fuse sooner, some fuse later, but eventually everything fuses altogether then split up again and again back to fusion.

Well then Antonio.can all of us on toequest engage in a vulcan like mind meld, and in so doing achieve fusion,Originally Posted by AntonioLao

Hmmm....Michelle, I've never considered this but my instinct says no. I think we are able to connect on many different levels with other life forms but I don't think the soul can be split (Harry Potter aside). I don't think that we can be and learn from different simultaneous incarnations because I don't think the soul has that capacity in its unity.

Harmonygirl, what about twins and triplets and so on? Isn't that a really good example of a simultaneous incarnation? Separated by space but not by time, the twin could be seen to occupy the same time in two different places.
Michelle
But the twins (or triplets, etc) would not have the same soul! Physical similarity aside, they make different choices and have different experiences. Unless you are talking about conjoined? In which case, I still believe there are different souls if there is enough separation (food for thought though...) It doesn't seem like you are talking about conjoined, though, because your post talks of occupying the same time in separate spaces. In this case, the twins are having different experiences, which I think ultimately affect the soul. But the case of separated conjoined twins interests me, what do you think about that?

The grim reality of conjoined twins is that many are lost in the separation surgeries. Even fewer survive to tell us of what their lives have become.
I am guilty of thinking of the tidy little miracle that identical twins affords us. I thought of the split, a moment shared between two resultant embryos that go on to occupy two bodies from one conception.
Honestly, there is so much grief with conjoined twins, let's not go there. I'm having a visceral recoil here. For what it's worth, we explored the possibilities and dared to think it out. I've suddenly grown a thin skin here, harmonygirl, what shall become of me!
