Thanks Is, glad to see you popping in now and again with your comments. You are from India, are you a native Indian? They seem to know more about the mind/ body/ spirit than do the westerners of this world. In fact I like to be around asian people in general, they always seem to have a very soothing, calming aura about them.
I would love to live with the buddhist monks in Tibet.

A scriptural quote would be appropriate if one was attempting to explain why religious adherents make certain decisions, behave certain ways, believes certain things, etc. If, however, the quote is provided a priori from the point of view that it is a given truth that supports itself, it would be considered preaching or proselytizing.

I just couldn't stop myself.
What's the probability of that? The fact that Tebow had 316 yards passing and averaged 31.6 yards per pass in the game didn't escape notice on Sunday night. Tebow wore "John 3:16" on his eye black in the 2009 BCS Championship game and has since become identified with the famous Bible message. The coincidental stats caused millions of fans to perform Google searches on the Bible passage in the past 24 hours. Here's one more unbelievable stat: John Ourand of Sports Business Journal reports that the final quarter-hour television rating for the Broncos-Steelers game was, you guessed it, 31.6.

Hyjack in progress.

We end this hour with a warning. Football fans, if you're tired of hearing about Denver Broncos' quarterback Tim Tebow, about his multiple miraculous come-from-behind victories, his greatness, his Christian faith, we're sorry because this is happening.
(SOUNDBITE OF SONG, "TIM TEBOW'S FIRE")
JOHN PARR: (Singing) I can see a new horizon underneath the blazing sky. I'll be where the eagle's flying higher and higher. Going to be a man in motion. All I need is my Bronco team. Take me where the future's lying, Tim Tebow's fire.
It's official: Everyone on the planet has an opinion on Tim Tebow. By now we've heard from everyone from Rick Perry to Bill Maher to the folks at Saturday Night Live. And of course those opinions result in even more opinions, so much so that Tim Tebow the human being is almost irrelevant next to Tim Tebow the idea. What Tebow represents can be almost anything to anyone, but the person we're all talking about has faded away.
And that brings us to the atheist community.
And this ... just because I like it. It's irony. It's nice he's doing "his" version. But to me, that's like the punk cover of an old country song. I don't support Time TEbow, but I will channel him ... lol
To me, Tim Tebow has the best kind of tenacity one can have, and lots of it.
