Hi,

Are you asking perhaps, that we need to live in the ever present NOW,and maybe
cherish that moment of experience?

Mandurin, the philosophical explanation of one moment depends on each philosopher or practioner of philosophy. My own philosophical explanation of a moment is that which doesn't exist, it doesn't happen, for only events (changes), happen, statcitiy cannot happen, just as it is absurd that something which doesn't have reality in space has such thing in time, well it is absurd to think that something which has reality in space doesn't have it in time.

M, try the cesium clock, the smallest and most important moment I know; 1 second = 9,192, 631,770 cycles of the standard Cs-133 transition
