Profpat, I am not speaking of dreams i am speaking of rising up out of the nightmare that materialism is. Who am i to say that suffering is needless ?

Having risen above the physical-material dream and experiencing the Truth that lies beyond the illusion and having experienced my spirit as a separate entity of Unchangeable Permanence independent of the body and its prana energy - and freed from all suffering caused by our imprisonment within the physical body - gives me the right to say that suffering is needless and is a direct result of our own actions in surrendering our consciousness to the mind and its thinking.

If you quit breathing you will die - and if you quit breathing and die without learning to rise above the breathing process - you will stay dead and not realize your immortal self. Learn to die (to the body and its prana energy) so that you may begin to live, (as the immortal spirit that you in fact are).

Apology accepted.

Thank you for accepting my apology IC.
I think your consciousness level is at a different plane then mine. I do agree with you that all is illusion, including suffering.

I once put myself in a trance by watching a candle flame. WHOOSH! I was out of my body. I remember being totally indifferent to my body, indeed it appeared course. WHOOSH again and I was in a dimension of only darkness and light. It wasn't me Profpat but the I AM.

I was aware of another presence, and the fact that all is illusion.

Slowly my awareness was beginning to fade as if someone was erasing it. I panicked and quickly found myself in my own body.

I read later that I should have surrendered even my awareness the I AM to reach Ultimate Reality.

I thought about trying to retrance myself but I like my desires and therefore my sufferings.

Best to you IC

Profpat
