Learning is one thing .... but have either of you had any success yet ?

You have been doing it for quite a while now.

One thing I have learned mate is "never feed ripe bananas" to a salt water crocodile
while standing on one leg in a foot deep water in the outback lagoon!

Moving back to the topic...

If you were kidnapped and released in the middle of China, where no one speaks your native language, you need to learn the Chinese language to get around better. It could be a matter of survival.

Learning a second language, in general, helps to disassociate the thing from the label. And that is good because it helps you to look behind the curtain.

And how do you eat rice with chop sticks anyways?
Very slowly?
Are chop sticks a simple dietetic aid?
Learn the language, lets first learn to eat!
