Start Again

What about starting again?
Getting everything again, step by step, looking at every theory as if it were the first time you though about it.

I mean: if the objective is the grand Theory of Everything, then the search must be the Search for Everything… So, I think I could ask, like a child – but with a heavy curiosity and philosophical kwnoledge – about just… everything.

Starting: we do exist. We, the ground, the stars at night, the sun by the day. I think the TOE is the reason of it all, the becauses, and so… Why do we and everything else exist?
Alas… Do we really exist?
Descartes said “I think, therefore I am”, but this is not enough: if I think and exist, but nothing more exist, then everything must be a creation of my mind. If this is true, I exist and nothing more, so what is the real difference between me and the nothingness?
So, I think but that not quite prove that I exist – it is me and nothing else, so I am nothing, thus I don’t exist?

And why does the stars exist just by the night? (Believe me, this is a very deep question)

P.S.: Sorry, I think my english isn’t veeeery good, so if something is somehow unclear, I will try to explain in different ways.
