    Re: The Truth of Faith

Hi Prof...yeh I played with real dolls...big difference...real dolls train you in a sense to be a mom....barbie dolls train kids to be fashionable, hollywood style, glamour, stay thin, be popular.....think of your own mom....its probably the most important role women take part in, in life.....smiles

Only those memories that you would want to dim.

Does a 'low' come a few months after the 'high' of birth and the blossoming of all those bonding hormones?

    Re: The Truth of Faith

I never ever experienced that low after the high....I loved children..it was a beautiful experience to be in....at that point in my life I had no outside interests to conflict with being a mom like mom's of today have to balance themselves with....

In LIFE 101 courses, we'll have to stress and show that for some, taking care of an infant and child could be a big surprise over what was expected. Maybe you could teach that class and give them a realistic acting doll to nurture for just a few days to show at least some of the responsibility of attending to it.

Here Austie....we have a two week period in the highschools for grade 9ers. They are given an egg and a little pouch it fits in..it is their new born baby, it has to go with them everywhere, they have to care for it, if they go out with their friends they either have to take it with them or leave it with their parents to babysit. After two weeks most of the students have a real sense of what the responsibility is in having a baby and how its difficult to do when your a teen.....its a good program...kids get a lot out of it...

Do you think humans have tendencies to over simplify, like having babies will be all fun and joy, of that nature (the world and all that is outdoors) must have some intent of purpose, or certain other superstitions about life like astrology… or that life is a script of Someone's will as to who dies or lives or survives a crash?

Not everyone is a TOE-type that can see into the life of things and the underlying aspects and perhaps back in the wild people had to decide quickly and couldn't waste time otherwise.

    Re: The Truth of Faith

Austie....I think its easy for teens to fall into the trap of having babies because it is their adolescent period to try to claim their first sense of control over their lives. Today it is an easy out of the parental home and of course we already know that the part of the brain dealing with decision making is very immature in the teen stage so they are poor decision makers with little formed sense of good judgement.

I had a strong mother who mirrored to me the extensive responsibilites of being a mom...she quite frankly with 8 children never stopped. We are influenced by that outer perceptual realization.

In todays kind of society there is so much sociolization failure that for many young girls the answer to survive is to have a baby for economic reasons. They don't realize what it means to get trapped into that lifestyle.

Austie...today's modern astrology is a pseudoscience because they make it predictive. Real astrology like Jung said is the roots of ancient psychology. It holds psychological elements like where ever in your circle Aries falls is your dispositional behavior to be active in your life. Gemini for example is your dispositional behavior to be curious and communicative. Sagittarius is your dispositional behavior to be adventurous etc, etc....the houses in a chart are simply specific environments we experience throughout our life. Its a neat science if you study it from Jung's perspective....

A bird's eye view of Cheops, home of the great pyramids, as seen 10,500 years ago reveals a perfect placement of the pyramids in respect to the constellation Orion. The big three lines up perfectly in spacing with Orion's Belt... as it was back then. Some scientists have found that the Sphinx and the pyramids were around 10,500 years ago by the water markings, due to long standing river flows, at the base of these objects. So, the theory goes that the Egyptians only inherited these massive structures, and then altered them and built around them. Cheops is pointing to Orion. Other large objects around the globe are pointing to other constellations in our sky. The mystery is, why. Why create huge objects just to point to particular star groupings. Maybe the answer is out there, not here. One may write the reason off from a belief system or religion we are not aware of. But maybe they are trying to show future civilizations something important...something that we should know.
Astrology can't really be understood until we understand the whole of Astronomy, as in, the earth's axis tilt and slow wobble as it pertains to the tilt of the third planet of Betelgeuse, a star in Orion.
Maybe, if we say Betelgeuse three times, a spirit will appear and explain everything.... sounds like a movie I saw....

    Re: The Truth of Faith

Timeparticle....there are afew modern/psychological astrologists who take note of the astronomical phenomena of the earth's tilt and wobble. I approached one of these astrologists asking for my personal astrological natal chart. Here is what is amazing about this; this astrologist did not know me, I was in Canada and he in the U.S. He only had info like date, time and place of birth. He told me it was a highly possible that I identified myself as a reseacher (Scorpio in house of self) he told me I more than likely did that research in my home (Aquarius in house of home) he told me it was highly likely a terrible tragedy would mark my life (Uranus/Gemini in house of crisis) he told me that I was probably a person who studies social or cultural history (Cancer/Venus in house of history) etc. etc.

I could go on here Timeparticle but of course the point I am making is that the Ancients left behind all kinds of information for future civilizations. You just have to know how to read it thats all. I can't explain the mystery of the Circle but it is looked upon as a person's developing psyche and what they do in outer life to develop their own psychological abilities inherent within the possibilities of the human psyche. The experience with the astrologist certainly amazed me but I don't base my life upon it, it just seemed to me that my own needs drove the course of my life in that direction...
