Thank you for your thoughtful comments. Please allow me to elaborate a little in the hope of clarifying a few points.

Like Einstein I doubt that anyone really believes in probability waves. Matter waves indicate a fundamental discontinuity in space and time. Light comes to us as a series of pulses consistent with the Planck constant, the Planck-Einstein relation and the de Broglie wave equation. This is powerful evidence that space and time are discontinuous, oscillating between atomic space frames and timeless and spatially indeterminate quantum frames that constitute a boundless quantum energy field that is orthogonal to the integrated fabric of space-time as we know it. Atoms are independently projected synchronously as a very rapid series of space frames linked up by light in a cosmic movie. Atoms are particles and waves at the same time because one oscillation between the quantum field and one space frame of each synchronous atom defines one primary interval of time. Light can only travel a limited distance with respect to each atom in each space frame so its speed is universal. It defines external linear space with respect to the internal spherical space of an atom. There is no other universal measuring rod out there. All relative particulate motion occurs as jumps between successive space frames so position and momentum can not possibly be known at the same time. This requires that there are both universal and particular aspects to the synchronous projection of atomic matter that accounts for quantum correlation as inferred by de Broglie’s pilot wave and Bohm’s quantum potential.

This fascinating method of exploring all possible structural varieties of phenomenal experience has never been explored before. Although it is not possible to conceive of anything outside it, it is not a theory of everything. It is a pragmatic methodology that complements traditional approaches to the sciences and lends them more coherent direction. This one “System” subsumes an open ended nested hierarchy of discrete higher Systems that elaborate on it such that the lower Systems transcend and subsume the higher Systems in specific ways. The structural characteristics and meaning inherent in all language derive from how the cosmic order works including the language of mathematics.

Various articles at www.cosmic-mindreach.com introduce the System and apply it to the physical, biological and social sciences to demonstrate its pragmatic value. It takes some patient reflection to grasp it then many doors begin to open. The introductory article Unified Theories, Fantasy, & Cosmic Order addresses philosophical basics as applied mainly to physics and atomic structure. It addresses the relationship between epistemology and ontology. It was published in the 2008 ANPA (philosophy of physics) proceedings held at Cambridge UK in August 2008.

Relativity effects derive from relative space-frame skipping associated with relative motions. Curvatures in the integrated fabric of space-time result. An alternate yet fully consistent mathematical basis to both special and general relativity results, with very different interpretation on a cosmic scale that is consistent with the empirical foundations of atomic theory and quantum mechanics. Since the non-linguistic methodology requires and facilitates direct intuitive insight and must find confirmation in phenomenal experience it is not just another arbitrary interpretation.

I was reading some of the material on your site and find what the correlations were with some of my ideas and I can see some similarities with you diagram of an atom:

An atom, as a continual process and not a specific instantiation doesn't alter over time.

In most of my posts I use a symbolic representation for experiences over time in memory. The symbols are not specific, they can represent any distinct perception. If I write ABC, it simply means that 3 unique experiences occurred in memory, the only significance to the symbols are whether or not they're identical or not.

If we considered these to be encountered in a linear motion through space, then ABC would represent us currently being at C, but having encountered B before C and A before B.

If someone experienced ABCABCABCABC... this would subjectively be perceived as a cycling between 3 states (a triangle). Notice that because each symbol is unique, each representation exists along a different axis or dimension of perception and having 3 such symbols allows the perception of 2 dimensions + time (when we include memory of the past).

Anyway, if we observed 3 symbols/properties in a segment of time, there are 6 possible combinations of them:

ABC
ACB
BAC
BCA
CAB
CBA

There are some immediate topological features I can see that match your description of an atom.

On our first selection, we'd have 1 of 3 possible choices, A, B or C and after that only 1 of 2 and the final symbol is predetermined (3*2*1=3!=6). We have a factorial growth to the forms of space these can describe (also notice that transitions between 3 symbols can convey both time and binary information and so it's the least restrictive form of communication of arbitrary (except that it's binary, which does create unique "spectral" properties versus communication via. larger shared sets of perception) information over time - a synchronized binary, unidirectional emission (a which can be a source of entropy synchronizing a system).

Anyway, it appears you're showing a similar structure for your atom, though in a non-specific form.

Atomic properties are not instantaineous, but persistant over time and in this case the atom is not defined by a specific observed sequence, but instead by a persistant process transforming the information.

If we emitted a "signal" ABC and tried to detect for an alteration made to it, we could potentially see any one of the 6 representations detected.

If we map these to communication pathways in space, if we emitted ABC and detected ABC in response, this can be interpreted as a 1 to 1 mapping of the 3 locations in memory (space) to the same locations (so it's just storing whatever we put into those 3 locations).

So you could interprete this as a stationary transform that just keeps each of the 3 objects stored in their own independent "loop" in space (so we have 3 rings of length 1 each).

If we instead detected ACB, then we had the second and third symbols swapped, and if we repeated this we shoudl expect to return to ABC. The A remains stationary and the B and C elements swap (so we have 2 rings of lengths 1 and 2 - the total period of "oscillation" or wavelength of this process is 1*2/gcd(1,2)=1*2/1=2)

If we detected BCA, then the process is rolling elements around a length 3 loop and the wavelength is 3.

There are 3 possible wavelengths for this 1+1+1=3, 1*1*1=3. 1+2=3, 1*2=2 and 3 itself.

When we move to 4 symbols, there are 4 possible wavelengths, 1, 2, 3 or 4, but when we get to 5 there are 6 possible wavelengths (2+3=5, 2*3=6)

We can also interprete these processes as forms of rotation or spin for geometric objects in various dimensions (and we can find correlations here with Hamiltonians in physics).

For example, if we had 3 lights on an aircraft and we listed them ordered by distance from nearest to furthest, there are 6 possible orientations that we could communicate in this manner (and we could call these +x, -x, +y, -y, +z, -z if desired), now if a transformation swaps two positions in this list, then the aircraft would be rotating along an axis.

We could also treat these rotations similar to exponentiation by prime numbers and construct various sequences of transformations from a minimal sized set to convey information regarding (in other words we can "factor" a process into smaller orthogonal subprocesses operating in parallel, or similarly combine them together into a larger object).

Notice also that the periodicity of these objects influences their perceived topology/form in space.

If we have two loops connected (all such loops have to ultimately intersect an observation point) and they have wavelengths of 2 and 3, then the total period of the combined sequence is 2*3/gcd(2,3)=2*3/1=6.

In this case the pair of observations (pairs of observations are vertical) repeat after 6 presentations (it's similar to playing 2 notes in a chord if we want to transform things into musical terms) and we can similarly compare this object to a lissajous image having a ratio of 3:2 cycles in two dimensions (it would take an addition of another distinct perception to create a hexagon).

If we instead combined two wavelength of 2 and 4, we have a resulting wavelength of 2*4/gcd(2,4)=2*4/2=4 and not 8 because the two wavelengths are synchronized and do no phase shift relative to each other (so they appear as possessing resulting stationary characteristics in space).

Notice that by knowing what phase the CDEF system is at, we can automatically determine the phase of the AB system. The information regarding the AB system has been subsumed by the observation of the CDEF system.

In physical terms, if the AB system was initially witnessed, then the subsequent CDEF repetition would appear to obscure and replace the AB system with the A element appearing to be a superimposed C and E that splits and the same for the B element splitting into D and F.

Anyway, as we increase the length of these systems we find correlations with number theory and a detailed spectrum of discrete properties containing an infinite number of quantitative forms embedded within it.

It seems there are additional second order forms that are unique when we consider higher powers of primes (and possibly this extends to some infinite quantity of other orthogonal forms ... I'm just guessing at that one).

There's are also some correlations here with irrational numbers and extended fractions that give dynamic characteristics to the already moving relationships (similar to an acceleration applied to the system).

It also appears that there could be a very simple mechanism by which "pure" randomness and orthogonal qualitative dimensions can exist - if two wavelengths share no common divisor, then they phase shift at a uniform rate to each other and over a complete cycle, there is no non-uniform component shared between them and each to the other cannot predict the next element in the sequence unless a larger period loop is capable of observing their combined wavelength, in which case perfect randomness appears as something perfectly ordered instead (randomness is something subjectively defined as it's determined relative to knowledge).

BTW, there's a funny (no pun intended) misprint I noticed in the first sentence of the on-line introduction you linked to, where you used the word "comic" instead of "cosmic". That's a typo you might want to fix .

Oh, there are some comments you made that I enjoyed very much in it (I won't go back and find them but you hit on a few nice key points that I enjoyed seeing) and you have a good supply of graphics also. Thanks

P.S. in the first diagram you have of a fundamental unity composed of an energetic core and surrounding invisible context, I can very much relate with that as well and I see a similar effect as a future unknown (entropy/energy/uncertainy/will etc.) coalescing into a rigid logic/context/memory/mass/reference etc. and all the stuff in the middle are the dynamics of a single string being folded according to the perceived patterns in perceptions. The string is necessary to hold these events as connected into a single space and localizable relative to a common origin, but ultimately you can compress it all down to a single process (at least ideally) that effectively represents the properties of the observer (of that space). Though it's an interesting question as to whether or not that's possible (logically there's no way to constrain time to being finite, though it appears logic can only describe finite systems so it's a paradox - also, memories of physical events aren't inherently reliable and the implications of that are just mind boggling ... it might as well all be built on magic if memories can be altered, but then again it's not as simple as that ... dang, how many layers are there to the onion? It was probably seeded with a paradox ).

Which is a way of saying that our quality of life is maximized if we can find a mechanism for equality which allows us to form into a society of collaborating (and not competing - not competing on any level against another human -
- because that's wrong, far too easy and leads only to variations on drug (legal and illicit) cheats) component parts.

The reason we can be fairly sure of the process (then) which gave rise to the 'Big Bang' (outside of the remit of empirical science) is that the exact same process occurs (at a smaller scale) within the Universe.
The exact same mechanism (on differing scales) is the only process there is -
- the process of the energy surging through the aperture (from the top half of the sand-timer) being used.

The energy has to 'go' someplace -
and the place that it goes gives us our structured Universe.

Hi Steve,

Thank you for pointing out the typo and for your comments.

It is interesting that when I was a young fellow over 40 years ago trying to make sense of communications in business I explored the possible connections between various working groups in a business organization independently of the formal organization structure. This was similar to your approach. I then began to see that events were arranged such that they could be randomly and meaningfully integrated in a triadic way. They were not necessarily causally related in linear space and time. We in fact randomly integrate diverse elements of relevant memory in thought in the normal course of events. This led to a series of awesome cosmic insights that explicitly demonstrated how the cosmic order works. It took me many years to make sense of this methodology that I call the System. It is not an intellectual contrivance of mine. We can not invent the cosmic order, of course. We can only discover it if it reveals itself in phenomenal experience in some way.

System 1 relates a universal inside to a universal outside across an active interface between them. All we can know is the active interface. It requires that all phenomena must share both a universal inside and a universal outside, neither of which can be known to the exclusion of the other.

Each discrete Higher System elaborates on all possible relationships of inside to outside. There are only specific ways that this can work consistent with the Lower Systems because of the way Universals and Particulars are mutually defined through their mutual relationships. If you can find the time to give the website some careful study you can intuitively see this.

System 2 transcends and subsumes events in space and time. System 3 elaborates on the structural dynamics of how events in space and time evolve. System 3 effectively defines three distinct kinds of identity.

For example let us consider how it defines the structural dynamics of a primary atom of hydrogen. Each Particular Set of Photon, Electron, and Proton in each separate atom are intimately bound by the universal set tunnelling through them and linking them up as one distinct whole that defines one distinct space frame. The universal set is confined within the particular set like quarks. All the primary atoms of the universe are also synchronously vanishing and recurring with and before our eyes everywhere at once, as in a cosmic movie. Each time they vanish as integrated quantum energy elements of the orthogonal timeless Void and recur as distinct particulate separate whole atoms defines one primary interval of time. From the fundamental empirical evidence of quantum mechanics it can be shown that this primary interval is 1.519x10^-16 seconds in classical units of time. It is not the so-called Planck time.

Photon, electron and proton remain intimately bound as a neutral atom up to the ionization limit. If the electron is invested with sufficient photonic energy to eject it as a free electron it remains intimately bound by the universal set, even to the ends of time and space. The universal set is required to be extended or drawn out to span a succession of primary intervals of time. It is this linking up through a succession of integrated space frames that accounts for electromagnetic phenomena. This can be shown to be consistent with Maxwell’s equations.

Now let us return to three kinds of identity.

What can be called Aristotelian Identity relates to identical primary neutral atoms as they exist externally in space. They are objectively equal in size, shape, mass etc. They are all the same because of the way the unique universal set links up all particular sets at once. The universal set is confined within each and is thus not constrained by the limitations of space and time. This kind of identity where things are seen as separate is what we are commonly familiar with. We are generally not able to see any other kind of identity, even though we implicitly know that particulars are defined in relation to universal qualities.

What can be called Conjugate Identity relates to the identity between each particulate atom and its quantum energy equivalent. This kind of identity has been imported unwittingly into physics in various fundamental equations such as E=mc^2. De Broglie used it to derive his wave equation of matter. There are various examples in the most fundamental laws of physics. This is clearly illustrated by Historic Coordinates in the website article Gravity, Quantum Relativity & System 3 that shows how the Lorentz transformations derive directly.

What can be called Triadic Identity relates to how the Universal Set links up the three Particular Centers in each Particular Set. There are three identities between each pair of Particular Centers in turn, in a counter-clockwise direction of linking. If the linking up is in the reverse direction it defines a degenerate involutionary variant consistent with anti-matter. Triadic identities are consistent with quark theory and quantum chromo-dynamics.

The point in all of this is that there are no a priori space-time assumptions involved in the delineation of the System as there are in exploring connective relationships between distinct things or objective concepts that are imagined and manipulated in thought. The formless and timeless Void is accessible as a profound personal experience under certain circumstances. It also forms the basis of Mind and Being, distinct from physical matter. It is a master sensorium or memory bank to which we each have access to the extent that we wonder. We wonder about something and a specific idea pops into our head. The Void spans and integrates space and time holistically.

Hi SB_UK,

With respect, I can not help but notice that your views of the universe assume forms and events in space and time as a starting point. Big Bang theory does this too so don’t feel bad. Many physicists buy it. There are also many who do not, despite the fact that it is often preached as gospel to a trusting public. I have pointed out before that this is a logical contradiction in terms. Space-time concepts derived from creation can hardly be raised to a priori status to explain creation. There are no mystical universal yardsticks of continuous space or universal clocks out there anywhere. Philosophers of physics know this and yet have allowed it by introducing a dichotomous division between the practice and interpretation of physics. Many interpretations are thus possible from the same empirical evidence.

Nevertheless the Big Bang can never be confirmed in phenomenal experience of any kind. Neither can probability waves, infinitesimal strings, parallel universes, dark matter, and a variety of other purely intellectual left brain inventions. Meta-languages have developed that relate only to the way physics languages have come to be used. They do not need to relate to reality. Einstein and others found this very disturbing, but it allows scientific work to proceed irrespective of interpretation, essentially because there is no alternate paradigm available that allows a pragmatic approach to physics. The Copenhagen Interpretation is the default interpretation. What I call "The System” of delineating how the cosmic order works is such an alternate paradigm that can facilitate the practice of physics and expand horizons. It is more than a contrived interpretation.

A further note on the System of delineating the cosmic order may be appropriate here. The Lower Systems are more fundamental than the Higher Systems nested within them. System 3 for example defines the basics of space and time that derive from the synchronous projection of atomic matter. System 4 elaborates within this context. It specifies the structural dynamics of the evolutionary process as it relates to organic evolution. A new Cosmology necessarily derives from the way System 3 works at cosmic, galactic, and solar system levels. Biological evolution is seeded on planets within this context and is delineated by System 4.

System 4 is a challenge to understand and apply to biological systems such as the human nervous system. It does however show how we meaningfully integrate phenomenal experience synapse by synapse. System 5 has 20 Terms and elaborates further within this overall context. It works as two reciprocating Systems 4, one open as in the somatic nervous system and one closed as in the autonomic nervous system. The latter gives the feeling of having an inside distinct from an outside that is the province of the former. Systems 5 and higher generate virtual images associated with our distinct perceptions as images of things, and concepts.

System 5 is a considerably greater challenge to grasp than System 4. System 6 has 48 Terms and is beyond the reach of human intelligence until System 5 is thoroughly understood. System 7 has 115 Terms and may be beyond the reach of human intelligence forever.

Fortunately the Systems are nested and in this sense they are self-similar. This means that System 4 may be applied piece-meal to understand aspects of more complex Higher Systems.
