I too respect him. But definatelly he was paradoxical in fighting qm and still believing sr and gr true. I'm sure he made this error due to his believes, just as Russell came to his paradox by his believe, and this destroyed his believe in a logical maths, which was prooved by godel a bit later. Einstein did the same, noticed this little paradox I have exposed, he had a greaat mind, definatelly he knew, but he rejected to the idea that his believe in god was wrong. Thus, he decided to make a unification of qm and sr-gr, trying to make them work together.
