The above quote is a generalisation of course, accompanied by specific qualifications, imo - that is, regarding the fate of the collective human population of the planet, by far the majority has very little say or influence, regarding the destiny/future of collective humanity, and, the fact that it is - generally speaking - determined by the decisions and actions or inactions, of a relatively very small number of particularly influential good, bad & ugly individuals.
