Dimension refers to a property that can be quantitatively measured. As yet I know of no quantitative measure for thought and thus thought is NOT a dimension.

Thought is a bioelectric-chemical-organic process of our neurological system. The process is the same for all living things that have brains. The quantity of activity varies among species and among member of the human species

So you can measure a thought!

It's called an EEG Talsa; Not a good quantitative measure though-too many variables and not necessarily thought. Brain activity is not all thought activity.
