I agree with you Aireal, I think both the bible and science agree that the first step was a creation ( big bang ) and the last step was man.
I also think that when they mention the face of the waters that could mean waves.
The truth will always pervail.

Thanks for the kind remarks about my post. It has not received many kind replies elsewhere. The few who did were people who had read the Zohar or studied the Kabbalah.

It was meant to show a couple of points.
That supporters of science and the bible should not fight all the time.
That the process of translation is a complex matter.
That there is personal leeway in the translation, not one undisputed version.
Lastly that almost any theory can be found in the bible or other holy texts, if one looks for it. That does not mean that the bible confirms or denies any scientific theory.

The man created the God.
No one knoms what the external characteristics
of this God are, a God who made himself known
with the name " I am who I am".
Is it enough for us in the XXIc ?
Why we cannot find in the Bible formula E=Mc2 ?
Maybe, now this time is come.
