the charge to mass ratio of the electron is a large number given by
1.7589x10^11 coulombs/kg. This is also the ratio between the electric field and the gravitational acceleration.
[math]\frac{e}{m}=\frac{\vec{a}}{\vec{E}}[/math]
where m and E cannot be zero.
the mass cannot be zero, otherwise the ratio becomes infinite. Neither can the electric field be zero. The inverse ratio also strongly indicate the existence of a fundamental acceleration in nature as a very small absolute quantity greater than zero.
If the Lorentz force is equal to the inertial force then
[math]\frac{e}{m}\left(\vec{E}+\vec{v}\times\vec{B}\righ t)\cdot\vec{r}=c^2[/math]
