Does a 90o perpendicular motion relative to a 3-dimensional entity constitute a 4th dimension, and if that 4th perpendicular is omnidirectionally growing larger, doesn't that explain the equivalence of inert and heavy mass? Does this not also find all of so called 3-dimensional entitities as actually being 4-dimensionally standing fields? Since objects don't 'fall upward' when released from a point above the earth's surface, doesn't this prove that the 4th perpendicular is omnidirectionally expanding - rising up to overtake and strike apparently 'falling' objects?

Interesting question,As in reality there is no such thing as up ,down, then the question
is in error. If you mean in a relative sense, then there is an answer,in the absolute sense
the question is meaningless.
