Have we seen the "Wave"? - 11-27-2007, 06:32 PM

"The quantum world is a world of waves, not particles. So we have to think of electron waves and proton waves and so on. Matter is 'incoherent' when all its waves have a different wavelength, implying a different momentum. On the other hand, if you take a pure quantum system – the electrons in a superconducting magnet, or the atoms in a laser – they are all in phase with one another, and they demonstrate the wave nature of matter on a large scale. Then you can see quite visibly what matter is down at its heart." Carver Mead

The questions are:

Have we seen the "Wave" at the 'Heart' of matter?

Has the "Wave" been captured and dissected, by scientist here on Earth?

Is the "Wave" just measured, as it moves past?

Does any one know 'absolutely', what the "Wave" is made of?

Is there a 'mother' of all "Waves"?

I could go on and on with more Questions. But lets start here.

Any one willing to answer these questions?

"I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious." ~Albert Einstein 1879 - 1955

"In questions of science, the authority of a thousand is not worth the humble reasoning of a single individual." ~Galileo Galilei.

Popascience, excellent thread starter, all waves emanate from one primary source,
that of consciousness, consciousness, lies behind all effects within the physical universe,
waves are the result of "pulses of focussed ideation(consciousness)"At the heart of
matter lies consciousness, which is also another name for energy.

regards michael.
