    Re: Twin Towers-Mechanical Physics

Thanks TP, I'm glad to see you and the others still questioning and working on what really happened on 9/11. Building seven imploded too, without even being hit by a plane.
But then perhaps there are somethings so terrible that we really don't want to know. I think that is the sad case here.

I too would like to thank you TP for bringing forward so many excellent reports. They certainly gave credence to my own viewpoint on the matter.

Your welcome MJA and Mikal. MJA, you spoke of building 7, the third building destroyed on that day.
It is referred to as WTC7. Government reports say that it was destroyed from fires of unknown origins. If you like math, here are some calculations on this subject...

Take a close look at the manner in which WTC 7 collapses straight down. For the building to collapse in this fashion, all of the load bearing supports would have had to fail at exactly the same time.

The claim that the collapse was the result of a fire requires the fire be equally distributed throughout the entire floor of the building, providing equal heat for an equal amount of time, so that all the load bearings members would fail at the exact same moment.
    Time uncovered brings new insights.

    Re: Twin Towers-Mechanical Physics

This day is a solemn anniversary.

Obviously many people have that thought in mind, as I observe the number of posters who are reading this thread on this day.

Perhaps, for the first time in the lives of many, we realized that we are as vulnerable as any other.....

Too painful to remember.....too important to forget......

    ......a threshold moment in history.
So many paths to the same destination,
would, but I could, experience them all...

Hi TP....in early August we had a family barbecue at the cottage and at that barbecue I got the opportunity to sit and chat with the Deputy Chief of our cities' Fire Department. He and I got chatting about 9/11 and I ask him if he could share an honest perspective of their perspective on the tragedy. He told me that they know and understand the dynamics of fire. He said when you make it your life understanding comes from the experience with fire. He said that viewing the tragedy from what they know and understand in relationship to fire then what occurred was an outcome that was impossible....
He said the given story defies the truth of fire and then he winked and he said..."you can fool most of the people all of the time...but you cannot fool a fireman...."

    Regards Mikal

    For what its worth:

    Terrorists

If this great nation is ever invaded and occupied again, as it was once before, the natives as the Ones before us surely will fight with all our means and for some even our lives. But rather than being called red-skined savages, we will be labeled Christian fundamental terrorists.
    Hmmm,
