    I have little knowledge about the actual proeprty of Planck's constant.

    I do know that it is:

    thus it's measured in power per time, so that must be inportant to what it means.

    I also know that there are actually two Planck constants: one is called planck constant, and it is the one I gave on top but there is the other one which is for angular movement and is much more commonly used/known, it is called h-bar, and it is:
    so basically its planck's constant devided by 2pi.
