I guess it is because the photon has no charge and then it's treatment to charge particles of one type is equal to the opposite one (maybe).

What do you mean? The law of consevation of energy (also applied to mass) states that mass cannot be created or destroyed, so I think there is no affect by the flow of time

I like to look at it this way because it is easier to understand: Imagen yourself on the top of a mountain. Imagen there is a fall infront, then again another mountain. You want to get to the mountaint so you start running down the hill. Then you achieve coming down and you start going up the new mountain and finally finish. You have taken 10 minutes. Now, if there was a bridge from top to top, you woul dhave taken much much less, let's say 2 minutes. This is what happens to the flaw of time with curvature. More curvature, slower time. Although remember, for you it is equal, you feel a second like yo feel it everywhere, but the other observers see you going really slow.

It's not that light is sometimes particle and sometimes wave, if that is what you are trying to say. It's just accepted to be both, because experiments have been done that verify both. If you get close enough, you will see particles. If you are looking from the macro level, and you were to really "see" light, then it would appear as a wave.

Black holes radiate (Hawking radiation), and I think it's energy.
