They it's stored up energy but i don't know what that means. as far as i know everything is always in motion and doesn't that mean everything has kenetic energy.
A traditional view of the ether is something like an elastic fluid, so no holes are necessary in this type of ether. However, another type of ether, is one that is made of tiny particles, and between these particles there are gaps or nothingness. The forces that transmit between these ether particles are by contact only. When gaps open up the forces break and it is possible for larger gaps to form holes in the ether. Forces in the ether squeeze the ether around the hole making it spherical. If the hole is unstable it breaks into two or more pieces.

Space in this universe has three properties.
  1. Full (densely packed with ether particles + very small gaps between them)
  2. Empty (large gaps or space void of ether)
  3. Intermediate (A combination of ether + larger gaps)
Note: our notion of empty space is in fact densely packed with ether.

See thats the only problem. I don't buy that space is gaps of nothingness. It just doens't make sense to me that nothingness could exist. But if in fact does, lol, then your theory should be published. I don't see how its possible for nothing (having no propertiess, no matter, no mass, no energy) i.e. space (the part that doens't have ether) to exist. I don't think we know what empty space really is and that is just a bootleg definition that is supposed to suffice for now because people don't know. But hey you might be right.
