please don't assume anything

concentrate just on that question:

even if i'm stating (a little later) anything which only concerns me and my opinion about "ai" doesn't necessary have anything to do with my question itself.

that have been seen to often:
one thing which shouldn't have influence on the other thing for some people as they assume has influence

that's easy, just travel directly to it instantaneously.

It is true that there are many people that claim to be scientists and do nothing but invrent stories that they called theories and that have no more value than any other fantasy story or than mythology.

But it is also true that there are scientists around. Theyu use the scientific method to explain how THE universe is. Of course, for each person, MY universe is to them THE universe. But we have nothing better than that. Sceince is about nature itself, as it is, of course there are several subjective parts, but it is about the "nature of nature".

The problem of your arguments is that you start with an axiom that has not yet been proofed, either by scientists or philosophers, and that actually has a lot of background against it, (as welll as in favour), this is, that you assume that such things as universals exist. Prove it, and then we will discuss.

hi subversion! hi <<<guille>>>!

dleviwing:
besides the fact that you didn't concentrate on the target you wasted way to much of energy

subversion:
what you mean by instantaneously? how to achieve that? sure, that was the question doing it kind of instantaneously ...

<<>>guille:
what is exactly scientific method? human mind in connection with human made measuring instruments or human made mathematics, etc.? for me(!) that is just partly an unreal conversion to get a brain partly to understand a tiny part at what it is focused at.

sure, as i also said there is nothing wrong with one person making effort to solve one more little problem in order to satisfy current (and maybe next) generation ...

what axiom i stated has not been proofed?

i'm not going to proof anything what i cannot proof? what you want me to proof?

you're welcome to give an answer to my question and then we may discuss further details - especially i'm interested in discussing with you becasue your profile says you're around 15.

further i do not assume that something universal exists - i'm just calling it "universal".

+++

even further:

that time when i formulated question #1 i only came up with one logic answer for that question. you may even take advantage of not yet available technology plus use all available theories (+++) and even magic (if it is necessary) and you may pray to "god" as well and if all that helps in lets say 0.00.^^^^..001 sec time and not even moving/thinking much- you may achieve that - but i guess you'll not even be able to compare to my rather simple solution in terms of using/saving energy to perform this task just to satisfy the question and what it asks for.

maybe i'm wrong proof me better please.

or probably(rather) you come up with the same simple(just logic) solution what i have - that would be nice!

then i'll go to formulate another question (question #2 - i'm half way thru already)

no answers yet? why?

can anyone please answer question #1 - as people in here mostly think we are close to something universal or maybe even you for yourself working on something universal - it should be rather easy for you to give the question an answer which surpasses my answer by far.

The non-proofed argument is the existence of universals. But now you say that you mean another thing by universal, so that's been cleared.

By the way, sorry for the delay, I've had to read and answer 53 posts in three days.

I have a question: What is the question 1 you talk about?

that#s the question

question #1:

suppose you (?) (and not your brain) have your (?) body (including the brain again) completely under control.

how to get as fast as possible/as close as possible to that chewing gum which lies (or even sticks) on the ground in front of you (?) which you (?) just spotted while walking around - and stopped walking now - so standing - overall most important: don't waste "your" energy

you're wasting to much energy .... that's because your brain seems to have control over you
