WM,
You are telling the same thing again and again about nirvana. I will tell you I don't know really what nirvana is because I have only heard about it. As far as I know nirvana means complete independence, there is no relationship with anything A person attained nirvana only offers relationships. And that's all I know. If you want more information contact a reliable source. I mean someone who knows more about spirituality. I am not a spiritual master and have no hopes of becoming one.

There is no way to know it! Is there?
But what is it that cannot be known? That there is no way to know it!
So, is there?
So, is there a possibility, & if there is, what if?
There really is no way of knowing it!

Re: Spirituality - 07-10-2006, 04:56 AM

I did.
And I have to tell you I started this thread from what information I had gained from my understanding and experience(which is very little) and hoping to gain more information. But I must tell you that I never thought it would extract this much from me. The fact is I started this thread so that I could learn. And I have learnt much and also learnt that there is more things hidden in me which I had never delved deep to bring out. Thanks to you as you have helped me to dig out whatever I have. And I posted that so (the sentence you have quoted)because I was afraid I said too much and I was not clear of what I was saying.

Isn't that again freedom. I know its been a long time, But I had lost my stand. That's why there have been very few posts from my side. I've almost lost all the knowledge i had gained(I think).

Hi Mohan C.

" God is not external. It is nothing super natural. But it is simply eternal."

I thought God was external and internal. eternal and infinite

Hello pat,
I think I said external in the sense that god is not without us god is within us. And eternal can also be interpreted as infinite from what knowledge we have of god now. God would not be external according to me because there is god in everything we do because we believe so, may be there is god for everything a person does if a believer is seeing the person. But a person himself may have no knowledge of the concept of god.

p.s: Please make it Mohan. A space and a C make my name look longer.
