Lloyd;
I believe your science references and discussion are not appropriate in this forum.

You think, David?

Re: Where was God before He created heaven and earth?

Ok first i would like to point out, science as we know it aint exactly accurate. We say what is, and what isn't just by what we know here on earth. Like for instance saying that something cant do this, or cant do that because of what science here says means nothing. I cant really explain my point good. But to boil it down, lets say other beings existed on other planets. Alians as we call um. Do you think our science and theirs is the same? Nope. So we cant really say whats possible and what aint. Now on the God part, there is somewhere in the bible where it states God and his angels were in another place before heaven. And to streitin out the is it a physical place or not, it says we will build homes in heaven, have bodies, know each other as we were known on earth, see, talk, love, and plant gardens. can we do that if we are so called "ghosts"? So theres proof we will have physical bodies. I'm trying to remember were that scripture is tho on were God and his angels stayed before earth..... All i can point out on it was it was a place of spirits..... Hope this helps someone out instead of boring everyone to death. Anyways, if yall have mypraize or myspace hit me up by writing me at norwood5604@bellsouth.net and we can trade names or w/e, God bless, peace

Hi Brandon;

Welcome to Toequest. I believe you'll enjoy this forum that Robert has established. There are many different subjects. Physical, metaphysical, philosophical, religious, etc. Something for everyone.

The membership is also very diverse.

Thank you for resurrecting this thread. I didn't even know that it existed.

To answer one of your statements;
Do you think our science and theirs is the same? Nope

Actually if there were aliens I would expect their science to be exactly the same though maybe more or less advanced.
That is because physical principles are universal. True throughout the universe.

What God was doing before the beginning of creation is anybody's guess. My guess is what ever He wanted to do or not.

Best to you Brandon, and again welcome.

Pat

[quote=Brandon Norwood;42668] You are willing to accept the mythological stories of the bible as true, over factual scientific evidence. I don't get it. This remind me of the Dark Ages when scientist were punished for ideas that contradict Religious beliefs. I agree science is not right all the time but science can be tested, when religion is base on faith alone.

God is Nature, and Nature is eternal.
No beginning, no end...
