This is my point, random by defination cannot create anything with order or it was never truly random. Something allies to allow random to take shape. This is where faith comes in. What is the spark that governs randomness to become restricted, to organize. What quality does a random act have
So that it can change. The butterfly effect, can never be a pure random act or can it? If it can then why exist at all? Why would killing a human be any different than throwing a rock? I personally believe that we know inside our minds the answer. These acts are not random, they are acts guided by an awareness, or are we not even aware because we are random too?

The butterfly effect, can never be a pure random act or can it?

Some might say that all is mostly determined after materialization, but for some quantum effects still operating at some level of effect. The butterfly effect is like some passing winds getting it just right at the equator and eventually forming a hurricane. The actual butterfly flap may or may not have assisted,it could have.

No one likes the purely determined since it doesn't sit well as having no freedom, nor the senseless random either, as being crazy.

Can't have an orderly Spark as the eternally causeless, for then by definition it would need another SPARK beneath to give it order. The buck has to stop somewhere.

How about that the random sometimes make some order by accident that from then on remains as functional, like a stable particle, this one-way collapse of the wave function granting both form and time, too.

Then there is the superposition of everything, its content again summing to a near 'nothing' of information (but for the uncertainty), such as the Library of Babel of all possible books, meaning, that we are here, our state not necessarily right or wrong, but just here.

Oh I love going out on the limb of a new journey...I would surely take, give and share the love and the magic of the moments but I would stick with my coke on the rocks as beer is just not my thing....lol

OK, lovely lady, we're there in the outback. It's OK to drink a beer on a very hot day of 140 degrees F. Even Jesus made and drank wine like water.

How about the spark of inspired intelligence as a causal agent?

You'll need a tour guide...I vote for Greg...when you're ready to see the wine districts and the snow, then, I'll be your guide...lol!

I heard that New Zealand once considered becoming a part of Australia but thought better of it.

Also heard that Churchill wouldn't send help to Australia during WW II and even wanted the Australian soldiers to leave and defend India. Luckily, they stayed put, although desperately thinking to delay the inevitable by retreating to defending the southeast cities, giving up everything else, but then the lucky victory at the Battle of Midway stalled the Japanese. Seems like a close call.

What has this to do with science? Nothing, but we'll say that some random happenings occurred saved the day.

    OK, back to God.

God is currently very busily performing an endless search, trying to summon up his earliest memory, for He doesn’t have one! Such are the problems of infinities with real things, for, by definition, they never complete.

Though...if, as it seems likely, our reality is holographic, it begs either of two questions:

    "Who's imagnation are we inhabiting?"
    OR
    "Who's viewing the show?"

    Our own imagination?

We are part of the whole.

Easier when you step outside yourself and consider things.

Being human is a very limiting and humbling experience, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy sometimes.

My 2 cents says you, I and the universe is ( are ) a REAL DREAM(s), ( or maybe nightmares ).

Remember our substance ( matter ), is just the interplay and interactions of forces. Which I believe if we do not control, at least we have a strong effect on.
