Science 'versus' God?

The color RED will always be seen as RED
every human eye sees the color RED as RED but no color was ever RED except in this conception forever unchanged.

The colour blind: unaware, if not for the presence of others who CAN see colour, i.e. perfectly adapted and happy in their ignorance of the "uknown" dimension of colour.

If asked to explain God,

God is like the "Mainframe Computer" and we are it's terminals,
when we're one with it, or connected to by way of our faith,
lets define "Faith"e.g. Believing in something you can't see.

Whether we are aware of it or not we are all capable of "manifesting" as it were, "Creating" more precisely,
"Manifesting" the altruistic (Creationism) as a chip off the old block,
we can do that, by way of our choice, a given, the "power to choose" (manifest) the higher altruistic virtues, traits, mannerisms,
morals of "The higher Consciousness" of the two (choices)
obviously the realization of the one is the absence of the other, totally?
That is for each terminal to decide for it self, we are autonomous, in certain respects.

The absence of Divine principles is certainly giving into the advent of lesser (or evil) qualities and quantities, but, it doesn't have to be so,
for all, simply because we were given the human right to choose,
does not mean we always do so wisely,
no matter how "smart" we think we are.
Without a connection to our "Mainframe" we are nothing.

Our C. O. "Certificate of Occupancy" is granted only upon certain conditions, which have consequences.
Is it unhumane to be Human and be Divine?
Each must contemplate the answer to that question for the answer is between them and their Maker.
I have done my part.

Hello all,

I hate to see such a good debate end in this manner, as I thought things were going fairly well,
and the loss of either of you would ultimately be a fatal blow to the progress of the discussion.


I guess this is what happens when you touch upon the spiritual and intellectual foundations of individuals.
We invest so much of ourselves within our beliefs that it would often take a miracle of biblical proportions to change those beliefs.

What changed?
Matthew 21:1-11

Jesus put a damper on His own party.
On Sunday, He enetered Jerusalem as the triumphant king, welcomed by throngs of worshippers shouting, "Hossana!"
and honoring Him by waving palm branches.

The healer of the sick and the giver of great wisdom had come, and the masses adorned Him.

What went wrong that week? What changed the "Hossanas" to "Crucify Him"?

It started when Jesus told the people what they didn't want to hear.
Look at what He did.
He threw the money changers out of the temple area (Matt. 21:12).

He taught that tax collectors and prostitutes could enter the kingdom of heaven before the religious (21:31).

He told the people to pay taxes (22:21).
Then pronounced a series of woes against religious leaders: "Woe to you, scribes and Pharasees" (23:13-31).

But this is Jesus. The righteous One. The only perfect an.God in the flesh.

He was not in town for a popularity contest.
His task was to proclaim the truth and provide salvation.
And it cost Him His life.

Think about Jesus' up and down week in Jerusalem.
Then praise Him for His perfection and His love---love that took Him all the way to the cross.

Jesus, Thou art my righteousness,
Foe all my sins were Thine;
Thy death hath bought from God my peace,
Thy life hath made Him mine. Anon.

The nail-pierced hands of Jesus
reveal the love- filled heart of God.

This is the ''god v science'' thread, so i'm playing the part of the god squad.
since i know ''Nothing'' about science. LOL

God didn't turn His back on us . . .We turned our backs on Him!

The good book didn't go "bad" . . . "I'm having too much fun being bad . . .to be good!"

People make the good seem bad.
As if "goodness'' is really the root of all evil, without The good, there would only be bad, like there is, in it's leave.

We live and die by the choices we make, quit blaming God and take responsibility.
If you don't have a brain, borrow one.
Stay away from the monkeys, they need theirs so they know who to hang with in this Tree of Life.
