Anyway, ProfMel, since you two are one now about illusion and figmentation, a small detail overlooked is that you made up that God made you up.

Over, in the 'Idea' thread, we noted how nothing could be known about the state before materialization, so, this proves that the "God" stuff is made up. Do you guys think I'm getting old and senile and so you can slip this stuff by me (ha-ha). I will be 61 in December.

More importantly, to this thread, we also proved over the 'Idea' thread that a Mind could not have been there prior to know or be aware of materialization!

As like in the Da Vinci Code movie, but way easier, I leave it to you readers to go to the 'Idea' thread and backtrack a bit to discover THE GREATEST PROOF EVER KNOWN (that of the non-existence of God). And they said it couldn't be done.

Thanks, Leskey, for saying what I was thinking. Critics of the Bible really ought to study the book before they extend too much criticism. The apple thing and the dinosaur thing are just the latest examples of critics suggesting things that simply aren't in the old book. I'm not suggesting the Bible is perfect...only that if we criticize it, we should be on solid ground...maybe even crack it open and see what it really says.

Hi Wick...the only way to crack open and see what the Bible really says is to attain the ability to decipher the parables, metaphorical stories, the language of color and the language of symbols. It is not a book meant to be read in a literal sense and although it records the story of the Tribes of Isriel which might I add are represented by the 12 astrological signs...it holds the story of the evolution of the human psyche and its spiritual return to the source or God.
