I'm pleased to be a part of this forum. Unfortunately, the only TOE I can understand is that put forward by Max Tegmark. That is because I am a mathematician, not a physicist. I'm just not sure a TOE is just a formula that unifies the four so called forces that are known to physicists.

Right now, I am interested in SASs (self aware structures) and a precise definition of them. This was not, as far as I remember, offered in his TOE paper. I will open this up for discussion somewhere on this board.
