hi all

i'm writing a film about deja vu. for some time now i've been researching the topic on the internet which brought me to this site. it's a topic that's interested me since i was knee high to a grasshopper having a great deal of deja vu experiences, which seem to have evolved into prophetic dreams.

My beliefs as to the cause of deja vu pivots between scientific and paranormal, because i don't entirely dismiss valid theories in the non scientific realm. it's quite possible it's some kind of glitch in the memory functions of the brain. The brain tells you it happenend before, merely as a mistake, not an actual fact. Scientists have certain unproven theories as to the exact way this occurs, which seem valid but uncorroborated with behavioural feedback.

From a paranormal perspective i find the theory of reincarnation and karma an interesting one. That we repeat things over and over until we've learned our lessons. If we get it wrong the first time, we come back and do it again.

Since my research i'm encountering some rather fascinating physics explanations for deja vu, such as tachyons and mulitple universes.

Anyway, that's where i'm at right now. good to come on board. hope my posting isn't too mundane or repetative.
