doubt relativity

There is nothing in this universe which is at absolute rest or absolute frame of reference let us suppose that a space shuttle is going in space with high velocity v (compareable to speed of light) relative to earth that means the person on earth will feel that space shuttle is going with v velocity in space similarly the person on the space shuttle will feel that earth is going with velocity v because every thing is relative
applying einstien eqn(t=t0/(1-v^2/c^2)) to both because both are going with same relative velocity v having same time dilation.but we apply this eqn only to the person sitting in space shuttle WHY?

I strongly lean towards everything in the universe is happening on its own, because that is where the evidence leads us. However, I do not completely dismiss that there could be an intelligent design to the universe. I think that any evidence of intelligent design should be considered, debated, and investigated. I don't think we should have faith or believe a cetain way just because it makes us feel better, more secure, etc.

Now, if there is intelligent design to our universe, that should be explained by the Theory of Everything. I don't believe that the Theory of Everything would apply to one aspect of reality and not another. It should be inclusive.

I don't think so TOE cannot explain our thought we cannot explain what we think or why we think the way we think can we. But I do dismiss the idea of God. But sometimes there seems to be no other explanation.
