Question Phenomenology of Language - 01-31-2008, 11:15 PM

I am a new member to this forum.

Should anyone be able to direct me towards any threads having to do with phenomenological language theory and/or other general semantics topics, I would be appreciative.

If such a thread does not exist, I would be very interested in beginning one.

In either case, I look forward to interacting with the members of this group.

Hi LP:

Google 'Philology' (the study of the evolution of languages), if you like, and see if that contributes to what you're in search of.

Best regards,
- RP

Nevermind.

RP: Thanks for the "philology" tip, but I'm interested in the "phenomenological" angle, actually.

I think I'm in the wrong place...not that I don't find this kind of pseudo-intellectualism fascinating.

Wishing you all the best,
