With all due respects, I’m afraid I cannot say much about myself at this stage. I have some personal and logical reasons for not doing so, but I mean no disrespect or have an ulterior motive or a hidden agenda so to speak. However, only time will tell.

I stumbled upon a YouTube Video – The Holographic Universe – posted by Austin Torney. I found the words to a great extent reflect my own understandings, and in the hope of communicating, goggled his name about two hours ago and here I am. I could have emailed him too, but I prefer an open discussion so that those who are interested may participate and we all benefit from it too.

However, I hope to expand my knowledge base and hopefully contribute although my English is not that good. I have no published papers or books to my name, nor am I well educated; academically speaking; but I don’t think that is an essential criterion if one is really interested in knowing ones self, or what existence is all about; and one of the ways is through exchanging ideas developed through personal experiences, and the net has increased the probability of such exchanges tremendously.

I am mostly interested in the philosophical side of life though, which helps one understand ones being, however, I’m not well read but do understand the bits and pieces I come across. A plus point of this community is that it has various interrelated subjects that are essential to see the BIG picture, which is but a huge jigsaw puzzle, with each piece being a different aspect of the same reality; it is but a matter of placing the pieces in the right order. Good luck to us all!

For the next few days I will be browsing the site looking for a suitable place to settle down.

Thanks Michael. Just three threads have kept me up all night, and I could not even do real justice to them. Very stimulating indeed! I might post sooner than later; and I see that with so many related things going under different forums, I might have to jump from forum to forum. However, I prefer keeping the subject matter consistent to the forum, so I might pick up quotes and start a new thread in the relative forum. I know, threads do tend to go off topic, but one thing leads to another, and after all it is ALL connected.

I know the feeling Sapius,many times i have been up all night posting!The best part was that at times i even got paid for it,as I used to do night work in a hospital!

Start a new thread,who knows where it will lead.
