    Hello to all members of Toequest

    Hi my name is Tajinder.

    Im a digital animation artist, based at Spike Island Studios in Bristol, UK.
    i stumbled across this page, by chance, coincidence or maybe i was meant to.

    I became interested in the theory of everything, whilst conducting a research degree in the Philosophy of Animation at the Royal College of Art in London. My research question investigated methods of extending digital screen space
    to incorporate the space surrounding it. Naturally reading into science , philosophy, esoterics, neurology and fine art i came across numerous theories both ancient and modern that allowed me to articulate my project around ideas of connectivity, liminality, extension and hence the interest in the TOE.

    So for me as an artist its realy interesting to make work that attempts to show the interconnectivity between 'things'. Ive made a number of installations, moving images and texts, regarding this that have been disseminated in variuos spaces and festivals.

    Im really excited about joining this forum and look forwards to reading others viewpoints, and as an artist may be able to contribute from an alternative slant.

    Hi Tajinder;
    Welcome to ToeQuest.
    I once had a Newtech Toaster digital animation studio as a hobby almost 20 years ago; that’s why 2 of my sons and a grandson are doing graphic animation as a profession today. I still play with Lightwave on occasion.

    Hope you enjoy the forums!
