I am Lebanese/Canadian, many other things, and a proud mother of three wonderful children, after they grew up I found myself seeking big answers to simple questions about the universe. Theology, Physics, and Philosophy became my quest. That is how I found about your website, I admired the classy atmosphere at The Theory of Everything.
I was blessed by growing up in Lebanon before the war, and living in my best two countries of the world, I also lived few years in the Arabian Gulf, the U.A.E. and now in Qatar. I traveled a lot, but always with a map. Then a time came when my brushes and canvas had to move from the easel to my mind, and I left my fabrics and fashion design to seek the true material of the universe, I had to create my universe and decorate my view of it, and in few years I was able to unveil a new perspective.
On the way to finding the bigger map of where I live, where I came from and where I am going next, I met some very dear people who guided me through my search, Gibran, Einstein, Betty Eadie, and Wayne Dyer are few of my dearest friends, I loved their mature innocence, their love for our creator and their authentic care for the rest of Us. I hope to meet them and spend time with them later, when there is enough time.
For now, I would like to send you all my best wishes and invite you to my Canvas of the Universe, on my website: www.trumpetuniverse.org

Hi Emily; Welcome to the Toequest forum. I'm looking forward to your first thread topic. I took a look at your link and it appears very interesting. There were two quotes in it, that I totally agree with, and wonder if you could provide me the passage in the New Testament that states that: “It will not come by watching for it. It will not be said, ’Look, here it is, ’or ’Look, there it is.’ Rather the father’s kingdom is spread out upon the earth, and people do not see it” “If your leaders say to you, ’Look, the kingdom is in heaven, ‘then the birds of heaven will precede you. If they say to you, ‘It is in the sea,’ then the fish will precede you. Rather, the kingdom is inside you and it is outside you” Thank you and best to you, Pat | |
