The realization that nothing is forever, that everything is on a constant shift of change, that time play's tricks on us, that you 'blink' and it's ten years later, that we run fast and get no where faster, that taking the time to 'feel' the current moment is far more fulfilling than 'waiting' to feel the moment, that when you look at everything you see, feel everything you feel resonates deeper when you learn from a molecular point of view......

Hello Despina, from Whitehorse, Yukon.

We are awaiting the arrival of spring in these parts, and there is still six inches of snow, although the highways are baring and the gravel roads becoming muddy by day and frozen ruts by night.

How fares the season in the United Kingdom, where you reside, and are you at liberty to say more closely where you live?
