Re: Greetings, I am new to this forum...

I have been observing my young foal, born May 1st, and note that he is curious about everything. As a prey species, he will react suddenly to strange sounds and movements, yet he returns quickly to continue his examinations, unless the object of interest continues to be threatening.

Human children are very similar, with fear and concern being learned experiences.

We are a part of......everything, and we would know what we are part of, hence the questions.

As a child, I had many questions, and asked many people, receiving many answers, which often conflicted. When you ask the same question and get different answers, you contemplate a new approach.

We pose a question and then seek the answer.

I have run out of people to ask, because I sense they cannot answer any question, to ‘my' satisfaction, for a very simple reason: We all come to the experience of life from our own perspective.

    One question, you offer?

    ‘Who am I?’

Not the name, rank and serial number answer.......by which we identify each other.

I seek the answer by which I will know myself, and in that knowing, I shall experience that which I am part of.
To that purpose, as my signature statement suggests, I would experience as much as possible on this journey called life.

(Neither an atheist, nor a proponent of any religion, am I.)
So many paths to the same destination,
would, but I could, experience them all...

The most sublime, mysterious and intriguing aspect of life is that in spite of our knowledge and faith we honestly don’t understand exactly what happens after it ends.

    Golfnut711,

We all welcome you and if you don't post all the time we understand, there are certain people here that gradually fade away and we lose their genius, others we train as a community and hopefully go on to bigger and better things, sadly the vast majority sit on the sidelines reacting to events which they themselves are unable to understand much like plankton.

We have a number of authors such as RP and until now he's kept a pretty low profile....:0) way to fire that first shot golfnut711.

P.S. I suggest you take a look at Austins work, especially the work he does in the articles section.

P.S.S. I've heard about becoming a paid member, not sure this is a benefit as you can simply donate from the homepage.

I read it with delight and the reality of the accelerating expansion of the entire universe in 4-D time-space has been in my mind ever since. In 1972 I moved and in the process lost the comic.

Every few years I would hunt around to try and find it. I even setup a meeting at the University of California at San Luis Obisbo to see their library archive of RP's volumes only to find out a day before my trip to the campus that the library didn't actually have any of the writings. Last month I purchased "The New Gravity Edition 2" and the comic on Amazon.com. Then, just last week I came across this website.

Jeeze, as I write this I am feeling like a groupie. But the truth is that I simply understand and see gravity as RP has described and it is just part of what makes me appreciate this life so much. I work as an engineering director at a software company and I also am seriously into photography as well as writing poetry. I travel a lot with my engineering job - all over the world which feeds my passion for photography. My website is www.arrowphotos.com

Hope to learn a lot more in this forum.

My question is what is between subjective and objective or is the space on the left of subjective or the right of objective where all questions not yet found are at our very grasp if we only know how to see with a clear prospective where subjectivity and objectivity don't get in the way? It is in this empty space or calmness where the answers all lie I believe. Is there a word for this?

    Have a great day.
