It is now Christmas day here in England,so may I take this opportunity to wish you all in
the league and all in the Toequest forum,a very merry Christmas,and a prosperous new

The league has been going now for a few weeks,and I must say that it seems to have
gotten of to a excellent start,most impressive indeed,however there is plenty of room
aboard for more,in particular,those who are new to this forum,may feel that they are
somewhat excluded,I wish to correct that possibilty right now,and invite you to join up
to this league,and together we can all make a difference,this league is vigorously
inclusive,and welcomes all comers,as long as they accept the leagues simple guidelines
for courtesy and good manners.

So all you newcomers out there mosey on down to the corral and sign up!

There seems to be a lot of interest in newcomers lately,many join up and then seem to disappear,that is a loss to us all here on the toequest forum,it is also a loss here on the
league of universal science,what can we all do to make this forum more attractive,so
that when people join us they are encouraged to stay,and to contribute to a growing
and healthy forum.

I think we need to try and be welcoming,to foster a atmosphere of tolerance and acceptance of all differing views and opinions,where even those of us who are prehaps
a little timid among us,will feel comfortable enough to share their theories and ideas
with us,without fear of ridicule or abusive comments.

Robert is doing a wonderful job of keeping us up to the "state of the art"with web design
and technology,and keeping all those spam merchants at bay.

So can we as a forum have a new year resolution?If so mine will be;that we are more
welcoming to the newcomer,hopefully this will enable more to stay with the forum.

I'll try, but please forgive my rough edges at first. About 4 months ago I joined a rather confrontational philosophy board. At the time I joined, I listed my main interest as world peace. I have since picked up some bad habits having to do with confrontation, and I'm no longer sure that people even want world peace.

I'm not sure how much I can contribute. The more I learn about the nature of Reality, the less of an opinion I seem to have. I will do what i can - and thank you for letting me join in.
