I would like to start this thread on a "assume it to be true basis"and call the new thread
"Breath of life Absolute" or bola for short,I would like to present two aspects of being and
unmanifested,whereas the Absolute is totally within itself,and that there is an absolute
void,where there is no universe,no energy,no evidence of any manifestation whatsoever
an Absolute unknowable Void.The Absolute-unbreathing=unmanifested potentuality.

The second stage,the one that we are all currently engaged in,is the breathing out stage.
which produces a natural rhythm,an opening and a closing cycle,much like the flower
that follows the suns movements through the heavens,it is no coincidence that in the east
most spiritual teachings,depict life and the universe as a lotus flower,they use this flower
for good reason,there is another aspect to this as well,if you reverse the name of the
lotus flower,you get the name sutol? Which can also be spelt this way-subtle?Is this
another coincidence I wonder,or just something important hidden in plain sight?

The universe is fully alive,this thread starter and the one that will follow this,will show
that we can in fact see it Breathe if we really open our eyes,and minds!

A personal take on the word breath;Breathing
Reveals

Thoughtful
Harmonosity.=Breath.

There is a universal ebb and flow of energy,which relates directly and indirectly to
breathing,the science of breath,is also the science of ebb and flow,of fluctuations
within the energy matrix,as though the universe was beating to a rhythm and a tune
that seems to escape our understanding.This pulsating throb-rhythm is the very essence
of our existance,and yet we know hardly nothing about it,rather odd dont you think?

There is a pulse,a ebb and flow to all expression,we are all caught up in this rhythm of
life.
We are born,then we die,and are reborn again,coming out,and going in,this universal
pulse,or breath of life,now that we have reached a stage of self awareness,and can question and see the workings of this mighty tidal force,what can we learn from it?

What does our intuitive conscious mind tell us,when we meditate on the wonders of
form,and projective reality?What are these hidden archetypes that flash into our
consciousness in states of heightened awareness?


As with most relaxation techniques the ideal state to reach is one of balance and poise
to find an equilibrium,where our breath becomes rhythmic and tuned to the inner need.

Within this state,all existance begins to meld into one rhythmic sequence and the
observer sees for prehaps the first time the unity of the ONE Breath.

Everything flows,out and in,everything has its tides;all things rise and fall;the pendulums
swing manifests in everything,the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the
swing to theleft,rhythm compensates.
This principle,on the physical plane,isthe most visible of all principles and its power is
observed within the forces of nature which move the waves and tides of our oceans
and the continuous changes of the seasons.

It is observed in the continuous cycles of life,death,and the rebirth of all things,a rise and fall of governments andnations,a constant creation and destruction of suns,worlds,and
galaxies.
On the plane of energy it is observed in the behavior of the alternating current wave of
electricity,light,and heatas it vibrates between the positive and negitive pole.

The mental plane is experienced asthe wide moodswings displayed in human nature.
Our lives are regulated by this rhythm of the breath of life absolute.

Trial and error,persistance and determination,are the ways to forge ahead,life in its
visible form has seasons,of growth and expansion,then seems to withdraw a while to
reflect,then acting on that reflection becomes tangible again.

The breath of life that we are,seems like a drop from a vast ocean of livingness,we are
connected to this ocean,although many seem totally unaware of this.A rhythmic pulse
surges through our being,coaxing us towards alignment and atonement with natural
law,with each physical expression of life,the inner breath leads us to the knowledge
of ourselves,and to the realization that we are within an infinite ocean of life,and have
a unique part to play in the drama of "formal expression"?

We are informed and moulded by the breath of life.expressions of an idea worked out
through the interactions of evolutionary law,and honed and sharpened by the friction of
these interactions,each confrontation chips away more ofthe outer dross,allowing the
unfolding of finer material within to come to the surface.

We flow in and out of physical existance,like the ebb and flow of the ocean,each time we
visit,hopefully we learn a little more about ourselves,and learn varying ways of dealing
with the situations that present themselves to us for action?

Ignorance of our inner reality,breeds much fear and anxiety,leading to all manner of
dis-ease and conflict.But as we begin to sense an inner connection with a larger reality
and see that there indeed seems to be some "higher intelligence" involved in all this,we
start to comprehend the very breath of life itself?

During the life cycle of a man,he expresses what is in him at his particular stage,and
gradually develops from the ante-natal period wherein the self overshadows the matter
aspect,until the period wherein that higher self takes full possession of the prepared form.

This stage varies with every individual.From that time on,fuller self-consciousness is sought,and the man(if proceeding normally)expresses himself through the form ever more adequately.

Each life or lesser cycle in the great cycle of the ego or self,sees that expression more
complete,brings the form under control and develops a conscious realisation of the self,until there comes a culminating cycle of lives in which the self within rapidly dominates,and takes full authority.The form becomes wholly adequate,the fusion of the
two poles of spirit and matter is fully brought about,and the light (fire) and heat (radiation) is seen and felt systematically.Then the form is either consiously utilised for
specific ends or is vacated,and the man is liberated.

The breath of life absolute forever points to liberation,as its intention so wills it to be!

Because we are often out of synchcronization with the flow of natural order,the pulse of life within us is disturbed,and we feel ill-at-ease,we need to recognise this,and take the time-out to restore inner harmony,which will then re-connect us to the source of life and
power.
