I propose on this day Saturday, 05, December that we adopt and abide by a rule of new technology. This rule is stated as a mandate to implement new technology the language of the rule is as follows:
No member of the League of Science may advocate for the taxing of old technology for the benefit of new technology such as the advancement of global warming taxes on older carbon based technologies.

May it be reckognized that this day Saturday, 05, December is our declaration of independence from government intervention in global warming, and freeing our hands to pursue new technology without taxing old technology.
