This proposal sounds great on paper but if we can derive limitless energy from it then it definitely proved its own existence. Incidentally, i'm working on a principle of proximity to extract energy from the quantum vacuum. The quantum vacuum is real and was already detected by the Casimir effect and the Lamb shift.
