Ya, I tend to mix the ancient mystical with the current physical. I do think there is a lot of wisdom with the ancient thoughts, but hardly valid evidence for the skeptical scientific mind. Which like auditors they need.

current physical reality will become tomorrow's ancient reality and its probability becomes less and less that of certainty.

Re: math after 30000 years

its builders are becoming more and more mysterious and powerful since modern engineering could not recreate it even though many tried. The conclusion is that it could not be built by ordinary humans maybe superhumans who got bored and flew away.

No I think humans built it one big block on another. I wouldn't want to be the one moving those big blocks though. I think the Apex of buildings was the Cathedral. Far beyond our current skyscrapers.

It is hard to believe that they built it eating just bread and fish since cattle is sacred to these ancient builders. The fossil remains in the surrounding digs only found fish bones and bread crunchs.

Fish, bread and water or ale are probably healthier for the indentured servant.

No. I guess beer came before wine and both were natural fermentation. No refining to distilled spirits.

Re: math after 30000 years

If i'm not mistaken beer is fermented from grain just like whiskey but wine is fermented from grapes but grain has more alcohol content. So a bunch of drunks couldn't possibly build it.
