The leading question is whether the TOE is a background dependence or a background independence theory?

Time independence: [∂E(g)]²=[∂F(a)×∂r(a)]·[∂F(b)×∂r(b)] and Mass independence: a(tr(t)=c²

the correct answer will definitely help the formulation of a TOE in physical terms.

Time independence: [∂E(g)]²=[∂F(a)×∂r(a)]·[∂F(b)×∂r(b)] and Mass independence: a(tr(t)=c²

We need to think in terms of ROT Realisation of Toe=ROT,rather than theory of everything, after all Antonio,Everything Exists does it not,our task is not adding theories
rather our task is to Realise and then understand what IT IS!
