In any electrical circuit there always exists at the least one combination of 3 basic components of capacitor, inductor, and resistor. The complete set has 6 unique linearly independent combinations: CLR, CRL, RCL, RLC, LCR, and LRC with respect to an arbitrary directional electric current of conducting electrons.
If these electrons encounter first the C component then they have 2 options of encountering next either R or L, first R then C or L, first L then C or R. if all these 6 priorities are encountered equally likely then and only then does the particular electrical circuit becomes a linearly independent isolated system of pure matter or antimatter or for all that matters: pure radiation.
