The physical description of a magnetic field can be thought of in terms of a magnetic flux that forms closed loops surrounding the linear directional increment of an electric current. Furthermore, the force due to the magnetic field and which is experienced by two infinitely near neighboring current-carrying elements was experimentally determined by Ampere in the early 19th century. However, the origin of the magnetic flux is the electric currents.
Analogously, the current of space-time charges is the origin of space-time flux that forms double linked closed loops as quanta of the true vacuum. These quantum vacuum fluctuations are superpositions of infinitely many quantized states which can temporarily give the physical appearance of virtual particles. The easiest elementary particles to appear are virtual photons since they have no rest mass. These were first detected in the 1940s by experiments now known as the Casimir effect as suggested by the Dutch physicist Hendrik Casimir (1909-2000). Nonetheless, the more important question is how can these infinitesimal primary forces of the quantum vacuum fluctuations be integrated to generate limitless alternative sources of real energy?
