A conservative action exists if and only if a conservative force field has its generalized force components obtained solely from the potential energy function and such that this energy function is dependent only on its particular configuration space-time metric. Furthermore, its integral is independent of any space-time path taken configuration space-time. If no other nonconservative forces do anymore work then the total mechanical energy of kinetic plus potential is a space-time independent constant. With the exception of magnetic force all other fundamental forces are known to be conservative.

This conservative action could be the crucial reason why limitless amount of useable energy could not be derived from the absolute quantum space-time vacuum.
