    Re: Russell Paradox revisited

A quantum theory of space-time is very far from being considered as a TOE but it can possibly creating cold fusion by the interactions of crystal lattices with energetic phonons (quanta of sound waves).
Time independence: [∂E(g)]²=[∂F(a)×∂r(a)]·[∂F(b)×∂r(b)] and Mass independence: a(tr(t)=c²

Lets hope they figure it out soon,we can then have really cheap power, much to the dislike of the oil barons.

The question is simply how to create phonons with energy comparable to the momentum of quarks and leptons. To disturb or control quarks we need more energy.

And just where is that coming from?

My wild guess is if all the people of the world say the word "phonon" at the same time.

That just might work! maybe a think tank on cold fusion could be created by several countries who all work together on solving the problem.

Think tanks of different countries do exist but as you said they need to work together. The closest to this is the international group known as ITER. But ITER works on hot fusion. It seems every think tank is working on hot fusion. No think tank works on cold fusion. I'm the only off and on think tank who still believe the idea of cold fusion of deuterons.

Perhaps the science can be revealed with a proper study of the history and long forgotten skills of our dna.
